How do I setup my artwork for a job?
All artwork setup instructions are located with the description of each product.
How do I upload my artwork?
Once an order is placed and payment method is submitted, you will see an upload artwork menu on the order confirmation page.  Follow on-screen instructions.  There is also a link at the bottom of the order confirmation email sent to you.
What color mode should my files be?
We strongly recommend that you send art files in CMYK color mode.  If you send us an RBG file, there is a chance that a color shift may occur and you may not be satisfied with your job.
What is rich black and how can I get it?
Rich black is an ink mixture of solid black (100% K) with additional CMY color values.  This results in a darker tone than just the 100% K (Black) ink alone.  If you print black alone as 100% K, the resulting black ink may not be as dark as you might like.  We recommend using C-75, M-68, Y-67, K-90 which will get you a deep rich black.
What resolution should my file be?
All artwork should be either 150 DPI at actual size or 300 DPI at 50% size.  We recommend sending 300 DPI files only.
What types of files are accepted by Worldwide Digital Printing?
You may send .AI, .EPS, .JPG, .JPEG, .PDF, .PSD and .PNG files to us.  We recommend sending us .EPS or .PDF files with outlined fonts.  Our system can easily handle these types of files and in turn production time will likely be sped up.  Always create text to outlines and flatten your files prior to uploading any files.
